Renewal Reminders

Renewal reminder emails can be configured to ensure that you are tracking your renewals automatically and are starting the renewal process with your customers in time.

Change and Renewal Contract Flow

Once you click the link on the subscription that is up for renewal or any subscription that needs to be changed, you can start a change contract to ensure that any changes can be signed off on by your customer.

The “Start Change Contract” button triggers a new contract that shows the differences in the plan and can be sent to the customer for approval like any other Maple contract.
