This feature allows you to configure notifications based on custom rules tailored to your needs. You can configure notifications in the following domains
  • Contracts: To be notified when contracts are signed and/or fully executed
  • Invoices: To be notified when invoices are paid or fail to be recovered
  • Payments: To be notified when payments fail
  • Subscriptions: To be notified when subscriptions are created, updated, cancelled or when usage thresholds are exceeded for usage based plans
These notifications can be combined with rules for with matching conditions such as Customer Name, Customer MRR, Invoice Amount, Subscription MRR and other fields to ensure you are only notified for scenarios you are interested in monitoring.
