Maple supports a deep integration with Salesforce to support your sales workflows.

Setup

To get started with the Salesforce integration, select Integrations > Available Apps > Salesforce

Configuration

Maple allows for Action Mapping and Field Mapping with Salesforce for a highly customized integration. The Action Mapping determines what happens in Salesforce when actions happen in Maple.

Similarly, you can configure which fields are mapped on customers and contracts in Maple and Salesforce.

Contract Workflow from Salesforce

Salesforce can be configured to automatically launch Maple contracts through the use of custom buttons. Once set up, you can launch the creation of Maple contracts right from the Salesforce Opportunity Page.

Price Catalog

You can easily push your price catalog created in Maple to Salesforce. This allows you to create your preferred pricing model in Maple and have access to it in your Salesforce deal flow.

Note: if your CRM does not support complex pricing (eg. gradient pricing), the price (including the amounts) will be added to the description field of the price in your CRM
