Maple supports a deep integration with Pipedrive to support your sales workflows.

Setup

To get started with the Pipedrive integration, select Integrations > Available Apps > Pipedrive

Configuration

Maple allows for Action Mapping and Field Mapping with Pipedrive for a highly customized integration. The Action Mapping determines what happens in Pipedrive when actions happen in Maple and vice versa. You can configure either Maple or Pipedrive to be the source of truth on the customer or contract information.

Similarly, you can configure which fields are mapped on customers and contracts in Maple and Pipedrive.

Contract Workflow from Pipedrive

Maple enables your sales team to create Maple contracts from within the Pipedrive deals interface. Once you enable the Pipedrive integration with Maple, you can use the Contracts section to create contracts and view contract statuses.

Price Catalog

You can easily push your price catalog created in Maple to Pipedrive. This allows you to create your preferred pricing model in Maple and have access to it in your Pipedrive deal flow.
