Maple’s QuickBooks integration simplifies the accounting process by automatically syncing invoices, payments, and related data from your Maple account to QuickBooks Online.

Connecting Maple with QuickBooks Online

  • Navigate to Integrations in the left menu
  • Find the QuickBooks card and click Install to start the integration.

  • Connect the required QuickBooks (QBO) account

Mapping Customers in Maple to Quickbooks

Maple allows you to easily map customers in Maple to those in QBO. Once the QBO account is connected,

  • Click on Matches > Customers
  • Any customers not automatically mapped will be marked as “Unmatched”
  • Select an Unmatched customer and click Push
  • You can not match it to a customer in QBO or push this customer to QBO

Syncing Invoices

Maple automatically syncs invoices with QBO on a regular cadence but also allows you to manually trigger a sync. You can also see which details for the next sync such as the number of invoices to be synced and their details.

Mapping Products in Maple to Quickbooks

To map Maple products, select the QBO product for each Maple product and update the mapping.

Maple allows you to easily map the taxes setup in Maple with QBO. This ensures that invoices and their line items are pushed correctly.
